Insurance

All vehicles have full comprehensive insurance, which includes towing and salvage costs associated with any vehicle recovery and is complete with a substantial public liability including injury to any animal.

The hirer is however responsible for the hirer's liability as set out below:

Hirer's Liability

1. Drivers 25yr and over:- $1000-00 reducible to $500-00 for $5-00 per day.
2. Drivers 21 to 24yr:- $1500-00 reducible to $1000-00 for $5-00 per day or to $500-00 for $10-00 per day.
3. Drivers under 21yr:- $2500-00 reducible to $2000-00 for $5-00 per day or to $1500-00 for $10-00 per day.

Windscreens form part of the hirer's liability. However a one off payment of $10-00 for a windscreen waiver exempts them from the liability. We hold the appropriate liability as a bond, preferably by a credit card pre authorisation, which is fully refundable provided the vehicle is returned undamaged and full of petrol.
