For all rental vehicles a $15.00 airport pick up fee applies which is charged to us by the Airport Company. After 2230 a late night pick up fee also applies of NZ$40.00 per vehicle.

Yes! Provide us with your flight details, telephone us on your arrival and we promise to have you picked up within 10 minutes. Airport Fees do apply.

For rental vehicles we can arrange for the vehicle to be parked in a designated area of the airport car park for a fee of NZ$20.00. Receipts will be emailed to you.

For rental vehicles the minimum charge is 1 day, part days are 20% per hour or part thereof - i.e. after 4 hours another full day is charged.

Yes, we hold the appropriate liability as a bond, preferably by a credit card pre authorisation, which is fully refundable provided the vehicle is returned undamaged and full of petrol.

We accept all major credit cards travellers cheques and cash.

You can have minor repairs completed up to $100.00 without notifying us and we will reimburse you for the receipts in full on your return. If it is a major breakdown you can contact us 24 hours a day on (03) 359 5123. Repairs will be arranged and authorised or a replacement vehicle will be organised as soon as possible

Yes, this is regarded as a hire of 30 days plus and rates for these are available by enquiry.
